1982 Suzuki GS650 Adjustable Backrest / Chrome Rack. The chrome is in nice shape, with only a little bit of corrosion down low. The backrest pad needs recovering. The front attachment points adjust to fit various other cycles. The adjustment knobs for the backrest are missing, but you can tighten the screws with a wrench. The backrest adjusts for the driver or rider position. May fit other years and models.

Daimler agrees to unload remaining Chrysler stake
Mon, 27 Apr 2009Daimler AG announced today that it has reached an agreement to unload its remaining 19.9 percent stake in Chrysler LLC. "Daimler's remaining 19.9 percent shareholding in Chrysler will be redeemed, and Daimler will forgive repayment of the loans extended to Chrysler, which were already written off in the 2008 financial statement," Daimler said in a prepared statement. All told, Daimler will write off $700 million as a result of the deal, according to the statement.
Fiesta grabs Women's World Car of the Year prize
Mon, 09 Dec 2013THE FORD FIESTA 1.0 Ecoboost has been crowned the Women’s World Car of the Year 2013. A panel of 18 women judged the car on factors such as colour, sex appeal and ease of driving. Beating off competition from Audi and Range Rover, the Fiesta was praised by the all-women panel and the awards chairman Sandy Myhre said: ‘It was clear from the outset the Fiesta struck a chord with our panel of women as it has features which clearly chime with the needs of female drivers.’ Barb Samardzich, chief operating officer, Ford of Europe, said: ‘The success of the new Fiesta, both in terms of this award and impressive sales, has been achieved with a car which is sharp looking, better connected and even more fuel efficient and fun-to-drive.’
