Up for auction is an clutch basket and pressure plate form a 1983 Yamaha IT250. The clutch basket is in overall good condition with the exception of one of the fingers is broken off. Shown in two of the pictures. I removed this part from a running bike and it seemed to be working fine with the broken finger. The pressure plate is in overall good condition with no major defects. These parts will fit in other bikes. The Yamaha part number for the pressure plate is 23X-16351-00-00. The Yamaha part number for the basket is 39X-16150-00-00.

Dodge to stop Viper production next July, new car set for 2012

The future of the Dodge Viper came into focus on Wednesday during Chrysler's strategy briefing for media and analysts. Ralph Gilles, recently named chief of the Dodge car brand, said that production of the current Viper production will cease at the end of next July. The final 500 cars have been earmarked to be special vehicles, Gilles said.

Audi's RS3 hot hatch is back from the dead. The 335bhp quattro Sportback's initial production run was limited to 500 cars for right-hand drive, but pent up demand has convinced Audi to build another 250.    You'll have to be quick though: the first batch sold out in just days after the car's Geneva motor show reveal, without ever officially going on sale. The second run will also cost £39,930. Remind me of the Audi RS3's spec All the numbers are the same as the first 500 cars'.

Camaro plant gets more work; recall issued

The strong early demand for the Chevrolet Camaro has General Motors looking to crank more units out of the Oshawa, Ontario, assembly plant. The Oshawa plant was exempt from GM's recent announcement of shutdowns of as long as nine weeks for several of its plants--primarily those that build pickups and SUVs. Oshawa will increase Camaro output by adding overtime and an extra week to the plant's production schedule.
