SHIPPING: I try to ship every item at the very least FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING.  Contact me about combining shipping.  I will do it but I prefer to know a head of time prior to invoicing.  Item(s) will be shipped on within 24 hours and/or within 1 business day. following the receipt of the PayPal payment.  Other payment methods delay shipping.  I will contact you with tracking number when shipment is made or if there is any unavoidable delay.  I suggest you always purchase additional shipping insurance BUT that is your choice.  A few dollars adds up to a couple $100, again your choice.

RETURN POLICY: In general I have a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY on nearly 99% of my items.  14 days is 14 days from the point your item's tracking number says it was delivered to you, not 14 days from the sale, not 14 days from the moment I was paid or from when I shipped it.  Likewise not 14 days from the day you decided to open your item.  14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE TRACKING NUMBER STATES YOU RECEIVED YOUR ITEM(S).  In general, if the buyer has a problem with the item(s) and contacts me prior to day 15 and explains the issue and/or reason and if any technical support I provide does not help resolve the issue then the buyer may return the item for a refund, exchange or credit towards future purchase.  Please allow me 2 business days after receiving returned item(s) for inspection before refunding payment.  Please note: brand new items sealed in original packaging if opened are subject to a 20% restocking fee because they are now no longer new.  NEW, USED or NOS automotive or motorcycle parts are painstakingly researched for fitment however errors may occur.  Please inform me of what you are buying or purchased the parts for.  If you open the new items and attempt to install them in any way without verifying their fitment there is no return.  New & used gun parts including rifle & handgun scopes must not be installed and then returned.  If found defective prior to installation contact me, you may return it or I could assist in helping you ship it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement as most scopes have a lifetime warranty.  Please see item(s) for any specific stipulations on the return policy.
