We do not accept returns on electrical parts for any reason.
Once we receive the return it will be inspected and a resolution will be determined. If our inspection determines that the part has been altered or damaged in any way by the customer there will be no possibility of refund. Damage resulting from mishandling, attempted installation, and inadequate return packaging all apply.
