Good solid w*ttl. It came off a running bike that I took apart with intention of restoring it but I lost interest in it. I sanded all of the rust and oil spots and got it ready for paint and that's how I left it. I just want to clean out my garage I'm open for any resonable offers. I prefer to sell it locally but I will help with the shipping because I don't know what the rates are
