This is the rear brake caliper from a 1983 Honda GL1100 Goldwing Interstate.  It came off of the bike in the picture.  I acquired this bike with a seized engine and have never seen it run, and have therefore never seen the calipers in action.  The caliper comes as pictured.  It needs a bleed screw.

MERCEDES trialled a device aimed at amplifying and improving the much-maligned sound made by the 2014 marque Formula One cars on the second day of testing in Barcelona. With new V6 engines forming part of an overhaul in F1 regulations, widespread criticism of the dulcet tones has continued from the opening race of the season in Australia. With F1 chief Bernie Ecclestone amongst those to question the enjoyment of listening to the new engines, the teams decided to look into ways of making it a more pleasurable experience.

Jordan sells off Formula One collection

FORMULA ONE commentator and former team boss Eddie Jordan is selling off his collection of racing cars and memorabilia to raise money for charity. The sale includes the very first Jordan F1 car that driven by Michael Schumacher. It comes complete with the German driver’s original racing helmet that Schumacher signed and gave to Eddie Jordan as a souvenir.
