This is an original 1983 Porsche Merchandising Aids book.  It has is 9 3/4” X 11” has 32 pages & is in excellent condition.   This book was confidential & for the salesman & dealership only.  It shows pictures, gives descriptions & prices of dozens of promotional advertising items & merchandising aids.  It shows Porsche watches, coasters, flags, wallets, cigarette lighters, ashtrays, clothing, jackets, key fobs, note-pads, pen sets, umbrellas, Swiss army knives, whisky glass sets, luggage sets etc.  Each item with the Porsche logo on it.  This piece is dated August 1983.  It is in the German, the French & English languages. By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 09 November 2007 11:45 Facelifted Ford Focus ST: the first pictures Yesterday Ford announced the run-out ST500 special edition of the old Focus, today it's shown the new one.We saw the revised Focus at this autumn's Frankfurt Motor Show, but Ford only teased us with humdrum models. Now the Blue Oval has released the first details of the new ST, with a refreshed look to emphasise its sporty position at the top of the Focus tree.So there's a new bumper, much shallower grille and more rectangular, swept-back headlamps at the front, giving a more techincal look. The rear has been refreshed, too, but the changes are less noticeable.

Green car of the year finalists chosen

Green Car Journal named its top-five green cars for 2014 on Thursday, tapping the Audi A6 TDI, BMW 328d, Mazda 3 hatchback, Honda Accord and the new Toyota Corolla as its finalists. The winner will be announced at the LA Auto Show. Green Car likes the Audi A6 TDI due to its unexpected performance in a high-efficiency vehicle.

Used car sales return to pre-recession levels

USED CAR SALES reached 7.1 million units in 2012, on a par with pre-recession levels and a climb of 6.4%, according to a comprehensive market report. The 2013 BCA Report by British Car Auctions valued the used car market a £38.1 billion in 2012, putting it £5.8 billion ahead of the new car market over the same period. In particular sales of younger used cars (0-2 years) increased significantly, rising by 18.6% to 762,000 and reversing a three year trend of falling volumes in this age sector.
