This is an original 1983 Porsche Merchandising Aids book.  It has is 9 3/4” X 11” has 32 pages & is in excellent condition.   This book was confidential & for the salesman & dealership only.  It shows pictures, gives descriptions & prices of dozens of promotional advertising items & merchandising aids.  It shows Porsche watches, coasters, flags, wallets, cigarette lighters, ashtrays, clothing, jackets, key fobs, note-pads, pen sets, umbrellas, Swiss army knives, whisky glass sets, luggage sets etc.  Each item with the Porsche logo on it.  This piece is dated August 1983.  It is in the German, the French & English languages. New Saab 9-3 leaks It makes a change to have a Saab story that isn’t more doom and gloom and financial meltdown, but it does seem a bit of a coincidence that an image of the new Saab 9-3 should surface on the day Saab reveals the Chinese investment plans to put Saab back on its feet. Still, casting our cynicism aside, the new Saab 9-3 will be a key part of the plans to revive Saab – but this leaked photo isn’t the first news we’ve had of the new 9-3. Apart from Victor Muller’s musings about Saab’s future, we saw a proper concept of the new 9-3 back at Geneva in the Spring when Saab called the Saab PhoeniX (the 9-3 Concept) an ‘Aeromotional Design’ and managed to allude to Saab’s background in fighter planes by saying the PhoeniX  ‘liquid metal’ forms and a dramatic jet canopy-inspired glasshouse’.

Qoros set to unveil two concepts in Geneva

Qoros has announced it will showcase two concepts alongside its first production car, the GQ3 compact sedan, at this year's Geneva motor show. The Cross Hybrid Concept and Estate Concept preview future Qoros designs and technologies and are both based on the same platform as the GQ3. The two also feature the same signature design cues, developed under the direction of executive director of design, Gert Hildebrand.
