I recently purchased a 1984 CR250. This is the Front wheel. There are no cracks in the rim. The tire is in poor condition and should be replaced. There is one small flat spot but it shoud not impact performance of the wheel. Spins straight and true. Includes Axle

You need to call your dealer and ask if this wheel off a 1984 CR250 will fit your year and model.
