1980s DODGE 1/2 TON 4X4 TRUCK DOG DISH HUBCAP

READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION PLEASE AND LOOK AT THE PICTURES...  HERE'S SOMETHING THAT IS HARD TO FIND YET REASONABLY PRICED. THESE DODGE 4X4 CAPS ARE BECOMING A RARITY AND REALLY COOL TO DISPLAY  IF YOU ARE RUNNING CUSTOM WHEELS.   KIND OF FUNNY HOW WE USED TO FIND THESE CAPS ONCE IN A WHILE AND NOW WE NEVER DO. THERE IS ONE CAP LISTED HERE.    ABOUT 10 INCHES TO 10 & 1/4 INCHES DEPENDING ON WHETHER YOU MEASURE THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE EDGE. THE CENTER IS ROUGHLY 3 & 3/4 IN DIAMETER.

ON TO THE DESCRIPTION.  THE CAP HAS DINGS/SCRATCHES, BB SIZE TO THUMBPRINT. MUCH OF THIS IS ALONG THE EDGES THOUGH THERE IS SOME ON THE FRONT.  ONE LITTLE CLUSTER IN PARTICULAR.  THE SIDE HAS A LITTLE AS WELL.  SAME SAID FOR SCRATCHES.  MOSTLY ON THE SIDE PROBABLY FROM SCREWDRIVER REMOVAL ALONG THE WAY.   THERE IS ALSO PAINT WEAR.   AS IS, JUST GOOD OLD DOG DISH CAP GOOD FOR THE VEHICLE MISSING IT.  I RATE IT A 3+ ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE RARITY & CONDITION. A GREAT DEAL. BUT AGAIN, A  USED HUBCAP.  NOT A SHOW CAP.  PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES BEFORE BIDDING.  NONETHELESS A BARGAIN AND REALLY GETTING HARD TO FIND.

ONE OTHER COMMENT, WE SPENT A SEVERAL WEEKENDS AT SOME OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MIDWEST OVER THE LAST YEAR.  HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND NONE OF THESE!  TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THESE.

I try to be honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old hubcaps have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend hundreds for a set the best you can do are look for those in decent shape which these are.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 10 years of selling over a 8000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.   THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

Aston Martin recalls 75 percent of all cars built since 2007

Wed, 05 Feb 2014

If you own a left-hand drive Aston Martin -- any left-hand drive Aston Martin -- built since November 2007, listen up: your car has just been recalled. Smug right-hand drive Aston Martin owners can rest easy, unless their car was built after May 2012; those cars are gonna need replacement parts, too. All in all, the recall impacts 17,590 cars, or roughly 75 percent of the automaker's run from the 2008 model year on, according to Reuters.

Public Says No To Motorway Go Slow Plans

Wed, 12 Mar 2014

IT’S A BIG ‘no’ from the motoring public on the subject of lowering motorway speed limits, according to a survey conducted by car supermarket firm Motorpoint. In light of recent proposals to reduce to 60mph the speed limit on a 34-mile section of the M1 spanning Derbyshire and South Yorkshire due to pollution concerns, the web-based survey found 78.1 per cent of drivers opposed such measures. Over 4,100 people participated in the poll on the company’s website – www.motorpoint.co.uk.

ANALYSIS: The incredible shrinking Alfa stand at the Geneva motor show

Wed, 15 Dec 2010

When he talks, Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne conveys high hopes that the Alfa Romeo brand soon will be a huge business success, but actions often speak louder than words. Fiat has massively reduced the size of the 100-year-old sporty brand's stand at the forthcoming Geneva show. In March, Alfa's stand will shrink to 639 square meters from this year's 979 square meters, which was the second-largest display space among Fiat Group's portfolio after the Fiat brand.
