Normal wear and tear marks. Lugs are in good shape. Lug nuts have been removed more than once and have some rounding but removed easily. The splines are all in good shape.

Up for auction is this used left rear hub with lug nuts removed from a 1985 Honda ATC 250ES Big Red.  There are normal wear and tear scratches and marks.  The 4 lug nuts and washers are included.  Two of the washers are different thicknesses than the other two.  The lugs are not stripped.  The nuts have been removed more than once and they have some slight rounding of the edges.  The nuts came off without problems using the a 6-point 17mm socket.  The splines are in good shape.  What is shown in the pictures is exactly what is included.  Overall, the part is in good used condition.

Are JLR about to announce the new small Jaguar?

Jaguar has reached agreement with unions at Castle Bromwich to increase productivity and look set to announce a new Jaguar. Back in May we reported that Jaguar had failed to reach agreement with Unions at castle Bromwich over working practices aimed to increase production, but today agreement has been reached and we’re expecting an announcement shortly from JLR. We know that the new working practices – which involved compulsory Saturday shifts – were vital to Jaguar to get the new F-Type out of the door when it launches in 2013, but this morning both BBC and ITV are reporting that Jaguar are about to announce the production of two new models at Castle Bromwich.

Porsche acquires Nardo Test Track as its new playground

Porsche Nardo Test Track (map from Google Earth) The enormous Nardo Test Track near Lecce, Italy, has been acquired by Porsche as a new testing ground. Top Gear viewers will probably remember the opening episode if the last series of Top Gear (series 18) with the Lamborghini, McLaren and Noble in Italy or, more specifically, in the Lecce region of Italy which nestles in the warmth of Italy’s heel. The Lecce region also houses the Nardo Test Track which is where the boys took their supercars to hammer round the slightly bumpy outer oval seeking top speed.

Pruett marks Indy 500's anniversary with a limited-edition wine

Race-car driver Scott Pruett is also a winemaker, and his vineyard is releasing a limited-edition Napa Cabernet to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Indianapolis 500. Pruett and his wife, Judy, opened their vineyard in 2006 in Auburn, Calif., on the eastern slope of the northern Sierra Mountains. They create small-lot, hand-crafted premium wines.
