Up for auction is this used front fender with mud flap (guard) removed from a 1985 Honda ATC 250ES Big Red.  The part works correctly but the top is slightly sun faded and has some crazing or checking in the finish. There is one small crack that is shown in the last 2 pictures.  The mud flap is missing one nut and backing plate bolt and one rubber rivot piece (for the side connection).  This would be perfect for a daily rider but is not suitable for a restoration.  What is shown in the pictures is exactly what is included.  Overall, the part is in fair condition.

The pictures show the part immediately after being removed.  I will be happy to furnish additional pictures if needed.  I prefer to show pictures of parts in the condition they were in when removed so potential buyers can see how they were treated.  The part will be received as it is shown in the picture and may require some cleaning before use.

This part may fit other year and other Honda model machines.  If you are intending to purchase this part for any year or model different than what is listed in the title, please consult with your local Honda parts dealer to insure that it will fit your application.

Peugeot 208 T16 ready for 2013 Pikes Peak assault

Peugeot is set to take on the infamous Pikes Peak hillclimb in Colorado, USA in this 875bhp 208, driven by nine-time WRC champion Sébastien Loeb. The team behind the 208 T16 Pikes peak has released this video showing Loeb shaking down the monster 208 on French mountain roads, ahead of the 2013 Pikes Peak event on 30 June. The car uses a mid-mounted twin-turbo petrol V6 to develop 875bhp.

Acura ILX concept

The luxury compact sedan is set to launch later this year, representing a move by Acura into the compact premium class for the first time in order to attract younger buyers into Honda's upmarket range. The car features a slimmer version of the Acura shield grille and lamps that are cut into by the bumper surface. In profile, the ILX's silhouette, DLO, and rear door shut line are reminiscent of the Lexus IS, but Acura's rising feature line, which forms a visual muscle over the rear wheel (despite front-wheel drive architecture) adds a level of distinction.
