This listing is for the generator from my 1985 Kawasaki ZL900 A1. This was my daily rider until the starter clutch went out and the repair costs are just too high. The generator works just fine. Always kept the bike running strong and never let the battery down. The bike has 19,992 miles on it so the generator has not seen a lot of use. Should last for quite a while.

I accept payment by Paypal or bank certified check only. Payment is due within 5 business days of the sale.

Concept Car of the Week: Renault Altica (2006)

Fri, 18 Jul 2014

Back in 2006 Renault was still well into its design-leadership stride, if perhaps not for much longer. The Altica concept, shown at that year's Geneva motor show, showcased all the French brand had to offer at that time – a brilliantly brave, architectural interior, a style that could only be associated with its country of origin and an interior that thoroughly questioned and readdressed layout, control and format. It also served to preview the renaissance of the Shooting Brake that the industry is still experiencing.

Great Wall Motors' Haval Coupe concept heading to Beijing

Mon, 14 Apr 2014

Great Wall Motors will show the Haval Coupe concept at the upcoming Beijing motor show, an event that looks set to be dominated by this SUV crossover segment.Very few details and only these images of the car in a dark studio so it's impossible to comment on the work of recently-appointed GWM design director Pierre Leclercq, designer of the BMW X6. However what we can see are its trio of vertical lamp graphics front and rear, as the brand attempts to define its brand identity, as well as a tapered roofline, as befits its 'coupe' tag.More details to follow from Beijing.
