Payment must be received within 3 days of end of auction or the winning bid will automatically be voided. If no contact is made eBay will be notifird and item will be re-listed. RETURNS
NEW: I guarantee everything I sell. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to me (WITH IN 7 DAYS), less shipping and pay-pal fee's (if paid by pay-pal). If item is new, like new or in a sealed package, and the package was opened, there will be a 15% restocking charge. Once again, shipping is non-refundable. Software, DVD's, videos and vcr tapes are non-returnable, unless defective. There are absolutely no returns allowed on any electricial items.
DEFECTS: If an item is defective it will be my choice to refund the full purchase price or replace the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact must be a made before any presumed defective item's are returned. Item's returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement or refund will be issued immediately. Item's returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. I have a very low defect rate on all items I sell. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING: I make ever effort to pack all my items very well. After over 7000 sales I have had to file only 6 insurance claims. If an item is damaged during shipping a claim must be filed with me within 48 hours of delivery (verified by the tracking number) or the claim will be denied. Either the item (s) will be picked up by the carrier or it is the buyers responsibility to ship them back at their expense. This will depend on the carrier. A refund will be issued when and only when I receive a claim check from the carrier. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Most carriers take 3-4 weeks to settle a claim.

This is the production version of the Lexus NX compact crossover, which will sit below the Lexus RX in the Japanese brand’s line-up as it chases the BMW X3. Based on the Toyota RAV4, the NX features the Lexus spindle-grille up front but has lost the jagged styling that repulsed many when the concept car was shown at the 2013 Frankfurt show. The showroom edition has been toned down significantly, but still keeps the same stance and two-piece LED headlamps that ape the IS saloon’s face.
Nissan has revealed a limited edition Micra – the Micra ELLE – produced in conjunction with Elle Magazine. There is a strong argument that the Nissan Micra is predominantly aimed at the fairer sex, and if that was in doubt the new Micra ELLE confirms it. Nissan has joined up with Elle Magazine to produce a limited run of 500 of the Micra Elle with cosmetic titivation (what else?) including panoramic roof (helps with putting makeup on), extra chrome (nice and sparkly), titanium grey alloys (which will unfortunately show every kerbing dent) and fog lights (for when it’s not foggy).
DRIVERS are as much distracted by "old technology" as by new gadgets, according to a survey.
