This muffler is in good usable condition.   It is pretty clean and looks good.  It mounts well. 

This muffler does not have a spark arrestor

These parts are off a 3 wheeler that was complete and in great condition. This ATC was recently taken apart.  Some parts may fit other year ATC 250R.
