Up for auction is a used 1985 Harley Davidson FLHTC Electra Glide Classic - Gas Tank & Fenders in decent shape showing normal wear marks and sold as pictured. The tank and fenders have some scuffs, paint chips and wear marks from use but are in decent shape. The rear fender has non-stock turn signals and a crappy license plate mount. 2014 Audi A8: Price from £58,800
Mon, 21 Oct 2013The 2014 Audi A8 (pictured) costs from £58,800 Audi revealed its facelift for the A8 and S8 back in August but now, with first new A8 deliveries due in the UK in January 2014, Audi has managed to come up with a price for almost the entire A8 range (and the S8). The starting price for the new A8 starts at £58,800 for the 3.0 TDI quattro (the FWD A8 has bitten the dust) rising to a substantial £79,900 for the 4.0 TFSI quattro S8. So far, they haven’t come up with a price for the range-topping 6.3 W12 LWB A8.
CAR Magazine South Africa launches ‘Design a Car’ competition
Tue, 17 Jul 2012CAR Magazine in South Africa has announced its ‘Design a Car' competition, in an attempt to encourage aspiring South African designers. Entrants are asked to submit designs for a compact, environmentally friendly four-seater Jaguar that stays true to the brand's premium/sporty image for market introduction in 2015. Luma, the digital content creation company, will turn the winning design into a three-dimensional animation and it will also feature in a short promo film with a vehicle designed by CAR's own staff.
