Flat rate shipping costs are for LOWER 48 only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO please ASK before bidding, especially on any large/heavy items - otherwise I WILL cancel your bid. (I need to see if shipping costs need to be adjusted.) If shipping is calculated via shipping calculator, then no problem. My handling time is usually 1-2 days. I LOVE to ship FAST, and usually ship every day except Sunday. Unless otherwise stated, there are NO returns on any items sold. There are NO refunds or exchanges on clothing. Although our home is odor free, all of our clothing is recommended to be dry cleaned or washed upon reciept, as they have been acquired from various sources and may have been exposed to smoke, pets, perfumes, etc...and FINALLY - All items come from a smoke-free house but I do have a cat and an English Bulldog. (Jasmine, who appears in photos from time to time because she is too lazy to move!) While I do not allow them to wear my clothes, I cannot guarantee that there won’t be a stray hair or two. If you are allergic to any type of pet hair, please kep this in mind. (They quit smoking last year!)
