1986-1996 Chevrolet Corvette Camaro convertible NOS top latch pin 10048804

Product Description

NOS genuine GM convertible top latch lever pin, RH (passenger) side, part number 10048804.

This fits:

  • 1986 - 1996 Chevrolet Corvette
  • 1987 - 1988 Chevrolet Camaro

Brand new, never installed. Came from GM Parts to the dealership in bag shown, just stapled shut, with picking ticket attached. It did not come in an individual GM box.

Sorry, don't have a pair. The dealership this came from ordered a pair, but GM sent them two RH ones, even though the other picking ticket said it was the LH one (it wasn't). They never knew it, since they never unstapled the bags and looked at the pins. I did. Sold the other one, have this one to sell.

Shipping - Payment

A few words to make things easier.

1. Combined shipping for multiple auctions is always available, but when the auction is over, you will have to wait until I revise things in my eBay "paperwork" to create just one invoice for all your purchased auctions.  And I have to do the revising BEFORE you pay.  If auctions are paid separately (i.e. before you receive my invoice combining items), eBay will no longer then let me combine them on one invoice.  AND, eBay then automatically charges you separate shipping charges for each item, which is not refunded.  Again, this is eBay's set-up.  Combining auctions benefits you by saving you shipping and handling fees.

2. Payment is expected within 3 days.  After 8 days, I will file with eBay to have my auction fees refunded.  If there is a problem with 3 days, please let me know, as I am not unreasonable, and I know that things happen.  Just be aware that having been on eBay full-time for several years has already afforded me an opportunity to hear a lot of "creative" stories.

Thanks for your bid.

Porsche 918 Spyder races toward production

Mon, 19 Mar 2012

OK, let's put the usual arguments to rest first: The Porsche 918 Spyder is going to be even faster than the Carrera GT in a straight line. That's based on Porsche's own computer simulations in anticipation of the production version of the gasoline-electric-powered 918 Spyder, which is due to roll off a dedicated line within a decommissioned paint shop at Porsche's Zuffenhausen, Germany, headquarters next year. The claimed 0-to-62-mph time is 2.8 seconds; 0-to-124 mph is 8.9 seconds, and top speed should be about 202 mph, thanks in part to series of active aerodynamic functions, including a multistage rear wing.

Jeep Cherokee (2014)

Thu, 28 Mar 2013

Jeep has unveiled its controversial 2014 Cherokee at the New York auto show. The carmaker's return to the medium-sized SUV segment marks the return of the iconic nameplate, but with a radically different style to its rectilinear predecessors. is designed to compete with the Audi Q5, Land Rover Freelander and BMW X3 in the market with its aggressive wheel-to-body proportions.

Galpin to debut 1,000-hp supercar at Pebble Beach

Thu, 25 Jul 2013

Evidently, somebody at Galpin Auto Sports took a look at the dearly missed Ford GT -- there must have been one in their showroom -- and muttered out loud, "You know, this car just isn't rare or powerful enough." At that point, milk shot out of the nostrils of a bystander who had been standing within earshot. Seriously, 550 hp isn't cool. You know what's cool?
