These are a pair of bumper guards I removed from the rear bumper of a 1986 Pontiac Parisienne station wagon because they were in the way of a trailer or bike rack.  They are in very good condition overall, solid and not rusted out anywhere, chrome finish and rubber intact.  As noted above, one of them has a broken mounting stud.  This will need to be knocked out or drilled out and replaced - not a difficult or expensive process, but it's a little tedious if you have to drill it.  I would recommend replacing the stud with a standard Grade-5 or Grade-8 capscrew and welding or brazing the screw head to the bracket - it doesn't have to be a strong attachment, because the tension will be in the other direction (toward the bumper) when installed, although you need it to be strong enough to keep the bolt from rotating when you attach to bumper with a nut and washer (you'll need two nuts and two washers - not included).

Compatibility:  I do not claim that these guards will fit any Pontiac!  They will certainly fit a 1986 Parisienne wagon, and probably other GM full-size wagons from perhaps as far back as the late 70's.  They might fit some other full-size GM models. You are responsible for determining whether these bumper guards will fit your car.

Christian von Koenigsegg walks us round the new Koenigsegg One:1 The first sniff of the Koenigsegg One:1 came at the end of 2012 when Cars UK exclusively revealed the first details of Koenigsegg’s Megacar. It took more than a year for Christian von Koenigsegg and his intrepid team to complete the first car, but it was worth the wait. Probably the supercar star of the Geneva Motor Show earlier this month, the One:1 gets 1360 HP and weighs just 1360KG – the the world’s first 1:1 power to curb weight ratio supercar – and has 2G cornering ability and 610kg of downforce at 160mph thanks to active aerodynamics.

ITALIAN supercar company Ferrari raced to a record year in 2013 on the back of expanding UK sales, selling more cars in Britain than in the Middle East and Africa combined. As a result the company made an all-time high net profit of 264 million Euros (£217 million) - a 5.4% rise on 2012. A total of 677 Ferraris were sold in the UK, with the nation overtaking Germany as the company's strongest European market and leaving the oil-rich states trailing.

In other words, the cars of the future, according to automotive designers from as far back as the 1930s right up to the present day. These are the concept cars that gave designers the chance to dream of the future and push the limits of imagination and design.
