Description:

Original owner's manuals set for 1986 Porsche 911 (classic chassis) Turbo + Carrera: Coupe, Targa & Cabriolet models. This is an authentic, original print and period correct Porsche literature set!

List of contents:

1- Genuine Porsche embossed burgundy/maroon manuals pouch (vinyl storage case) --- this is the genuine item and NOT a cheap reproduction or knock-off imitation  - the inner sleeve color is the correct dark brown color for 1985 / 1986 models - looks to be in good shape, but there are wrinkles and also the inner sleeve pockets are ripped and separated - please see photos!

2- Porsche 911 Turbo + 911 Carrera Owner's Manual (WKD 911 021 86   5 M    6/85) 108 pages of reading material and information --- in fair and average condition - shows wear marks on the covers and also many missing links of the spine's spiral links - the inner pages are clean and intact - please see photos!

3- 1986 Warranty & Maintenance booklet (WKD 900 023 86   20 M   7/85) 30 pages --- 1st in service date stamped in Oct 1985 - the original vehicle's info sticker has been removed - shows wear marks on the covers and also many missing links of the spine's spiral links - 10 x total service stamps have been recorded, last service performed in Nov 1987 @ 37,640 miles!

Overall this manual set is in FAIR to AVERAGE condition for the age!

This is the BMW 328 Hommage, a concept car which made its debut at the 2011 Villa d'Este Concours. The BMW 328 Hommage has been created to celebrate the 75th anniversary of BMW's 328 sports car, which was one of the featured classic cars at the Villa d'Este Concours.  BMW 328 Hommage: Where have I seen that shape before? I assume you're talking about the general shape of the car, rather than the buck-toothed rabbit look of the front-end graphic. While the BMW 328 Hommage is festooned with modern reinterpretations of such classic 328 competition car hallmarks as leather bonnet straps, bodyside recesses in lieu of doors, aero screens, and 'pepper-pot' alloy wheels, the overall shape has more in common with BMW's 2011 Geneva show car, the Vision Connected Drive.  The 328 Hommage is a far less direct descendant of the original BMW 328 than the M1 Hommage was to the original M1, or the 2006 BMW Mille Miglia Concept was to the original 328 Mille Miglia coupe.  BMW 328 Hommage: High-tech meets olde-worlde BMW is using the 328 Hommage as the latest demonstration of its research into carbonfibre construction.

Bentley Motors and its employees from the tooling, woodshop and styling departments have created a range of collector items the will cross the auction block to raise funds for the Prince's Trust charity. The items include Bentley artwork, a chess set and Bentley camshaft lamps.
