Upon submission of any sale, the following terms and condition are deemed accepted by the bidder/buyer:

SHIPPING

It is sellers discretion to ship in original packaging or not, some items we sell are mostly packaging, so to save you money on shipping we may remove the item if it is unimportant and bulky to save you money) Buyer is responsible for and pays all shipping costs as listed.  (Note:  The actual cost of shipping exceeds carrier or postage costs.)  All items will be delivered to the carrier for shipment within 1 business day of payment being received and/or cleared.  Items will be shipped by the stated carrier and mode. Buyer must request and pay, in addition to the shipping costs, for any insurance or additional services if buyer so desires.   We will make all reasonable effort to ensure that the item(s) you ordered arrives in timely manner and in good condition.  Please note the estimated delivery time in the listing is a representation made by eBay not us. However, in very rare cases (especially West Coast buyers) problems may occur, contact us prior to leaving negative feedback.

PAYMENT

Only PAYPAL payments are accepted unless buyer receives prior approval for another type of payment. The payment is due within 3 days after the auction or sale closes.  Failure to pay in a timely manner will result in the buyer forfeiting any and all rights to the article which will either be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted for auction.  I reserve the right to report the non-paying bidder to eBay.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted in the case of the Paint Chip not matching the description.  If the Paint Chip you receive does not match the description, please try to work things out with us before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Also please leave me positive feedback when you receive and inspect your item and I will do the same for you.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must receive the item in the exact condition that it was delivered to you.  If not in such condition, then we are unable to accept it. The item, serial numbers, condition etc. must match our records.

 Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end or item will be re-listed, shipping charges are the most honest estimates I can make, they are part of the final sales price, we do pay for wages, salaries and packaging that buyers do not see reflected in the final sale, sometimes they are lower, sometimes they are higher than stated, I do not revisit or refund shipping charges after the sale.  Buyers and bidders please see the charges prior to bidding, your bid is an agreement to pay those charges, any questions regarding shipping should come prior to bidding and prior to auction end
