This Cylinder was ruin when spark plug was removed when this ATV was partly stripped while I was away many years ago, and water rusted the Cylinder wall to the piston, Luckily this engine was in great shape and no water pasted the rings.
I did Buy a New Honda 50mm over piston to repair this engine but I parted this Machine out instead.
This Cylinder is standard bore and will need bored to fit this New Piston, rings are for sale here on e Bay for around $22.00
as You can see the piston is new, and will not even start to go down the Cylinder Bore, So You will need to have it bored Yourself.
Also if I remember right this will fit 1987-1988 and 1991 and 1992 trx250x as well but not the 89 and 90 I will double check to be sure if anyone needs me too.
Most here won't warrantee their Parts, But I will this Cylinder to be 100% useable after You have it Bored for 14 days from time You receive. I just ask to have the phone # of the shop who say its no good. Cant beat that here on e Bay.
