ALMOST UNUSED 1987 HONDA CH 150, 3,945 miles from new.

serviced 9 months ago, new carb gasket set and back tire.

Never used on road, just kept for horse shows. Owned for 12 years, a gift from a friend, papers in order and DMV renewed, was taxed until April 2013, haven't used it since.

Mechanically sound, carb needs cleaning and new battery; bodywork good, some cracks and blemishes and broken bolt fixings ( nothing affects use, just horse kicks or falling over in trailer, no accidents! ). Mirrors (one cracked), windshield, spare body panels (Floor and storage box), headlamp.
All body panels available on E bay, so, you could replace cosmetically as desired for under $150.

This is a water cooled, automatic scooter, just needs TLC. Highly desirable and recognized as one of the best ever made! Also collectable so appreciates in value!

Please do not try and make silly offers, if I cant get the price, I'll keep it, after all, 70 or 80 miles to the gallon at $3.50, I can afford to be picky!

Lotus Evora 414E Range Extender EV moves forward

Sun, 28 Oct 2012

The Lotus Evora 414E – a Lotus Engineering range extender hybrid project – is still moving ahead with dynamic and durability testing now underway. On the surface the Evora 414E looked like every other Evora, but under the skin sat the first version of a Lotus range-extender platform with a pair of electric motors and a small, 3-cylinder range-extender engine promising impressive performance and economy. Despite the reveal of the 414E at Geneva in 2010, there’s not been a huge amount of news on Lotus pushing forward with the project, or at least not until we got the Infiniti Emerg-E Concept at Geneva this year that turned out to be underpinned by the Evora 414E platform.

New Hyundai i30 (2012) revealed ahead of Frankfurt debut

Tue, 06 Sep 2011

2012 Hyundai i30 Revealed A couple of weeks ago we were teased with a sketch of the new Hyundai i30 ahead of a planned debut at Frankfurt 2011. But now Hyundai has decided to throw out a few photos of the new i30, and a bit more detail, to keep interest piqued . Looking, certainly from some angles, like a smaller i40 – which is certainly not a criticism – the 2012 i30 brings Hyundai’s Golf-sized offering very much up to date.

Obama calls for shared sacrifice in auto bailout

Fri, 16 Jan 2009

President-elect Barack Obama says he wants to keep tough conditions on automakers that get federal loans. The companies must develop sustainable business models because it would be unacceptable "to keep them on their lifeline through taxpayer dollars in perpetuity," Obama told The Washington Post. Obama said industry restructuring will require "everybody, from labor to management to creditors to shareholders, giving something up." His comments contradict suggestions that the new administration will relax federal loan agreements reached last month with General Motors and Chrysler LLC, possibly with softer demands on the UAW.
