Delivery to Wisconsin address requires sales tax. Accepting PayPal ONLY. If I have stated above that an item works then I have been able to test it, but not extensively. Many vintage items will be left to the buyer to clean in order to preserve the item as I have listed it, in other words, "AS IS". I am selling items on a hobby time level and cannot rate or certify the condition, but I can describe it to the best of my ability. No returns on photos. I package items the way I would like to see them arrive myself and will refund original shipping along with purchase price if returned in the same manner. Please contact me prior to returning the item if it has been damaged, I will refund the item and original postage in full with proper documentation for the insurance claim. Stated shipping costs cover First Class or Parcel Post Mail (unless specified above) and safe packaging of your item with delivery confirmation. Priority mail is an option and can be chosen if you select it under "Shipping" at check-out. If the eBay calculation seems high for postage, send me your ZIP CODE so I can look it up for you! I estimate the final shipping weight as closely as I can but delivery to every zip code is hard to determine so Priority may be the cheaper way to ship.
