Top Gear Series 20 starts on Sunday
Thu, 20 Jun 2013Top Gear’s back on Sunday Top Gear is back with Series 20, starting this coming Sunday (30th June). On offer for the first episode (more details on Sunday morning) will be the arrival of the new ‘Reasonably Priced Car’ with help from the likes of Warwick Davis, Charles Dance and Joss Stone, a trip to New Zealand to race an America’s Cup Yacht and a hot hatch fight-off between the Renaultsport Clio 200, Peugeot 208 GTI and Ford Fiesta ST. Although to be fair that’s what Mercedes called it when they gave us some info and confirmed they were working on creating an electric version of the SLS. But it now appears to have become the Mercedes SLS AMG E-Cell Prototype.
Infiniti's 2013 luxury EV: the teaser sketch

Revealed at the opening of Infiniti’s second UK dealership, at Piccadilly in London, the single image previews a ‘luxury’ EV that Infiniti promises will be launched in 2013. Underneath it’s essentially a Nissan Leaf, but as you can see from the sketch it won’t look like a re-nosed Nissan.
