After we published the first leaked photos of the 2013 Porsche Carrera 4 at the weekend it seemed likely that Porsche’s own reveal wouldn’t be far behind, and here it is. As expected, we get the reveal not just of the 911 Carrera 4 and Carrera 4S, but the cabriolet version as well as the coupe; a full set of new Porsche 911s.

It is hoped that the decision to allow staged rallies, hill climbs and trials of speed on closed-road street circuits will give the country’s motorsport industry a jump start. Prime minister David Cameron made the announcement today while touring the new Formula One Williams factory in Oxfordshire.
Geely to buy bankrupt London Taxis
Mon, 31 Dec 2012The Chinese press are reporting that Geely are to buy London Taxi maker Manganese Bronze, which went in to liquidation in October. Back in October we reported that Manganese Bronze – makers of the iconic London Taxi – had gone in to administration, finally tipped over the edge by steering box failures in the TX4. After years of under-investment – and a product that has been usurped by both the Mercedes Vito Taxi and the new Nissan NV200 Taxi – it looked like Manganese Bronze had no way back.
