Lexus LFA Roadster coming
Tue, 28 Sep 2010Lexus LFA Roadster The Lexus LFA is a very odd car from a company seemingly obsessed with all things ‘Green’, to the point where it finally builds the small Lexus we’ve expected for years and then lumbers it with a Hobson’s choice with the oily bits. All that’s on offer in the CT200 is hybrid misery and CVT. Nothing else.
Audi’s new A1 range (2010): the latest news
Tue, 13 Oct 2009By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 13 October 2009 09:38 Audi top brass last night outlined plans for the 2010 launch of the new Audi A1 family, including a whole range of A1 hatchbacks and potentially A1 estates, convertibles and small 4x4s. The Audi A1 will be positioned slap bang against BMW’s burgeoning Mini family when UK sales begin in autumn 2010, priced from around £11,000. The new A1 three-door hatch will be unveiled first at the 2010 Geneva motor show, with continental sales kicking off next summer.
Lamborghini Murcielago LP650-4 Roadster
Thu, 19 Feb 2009Lamborghini Murcielago LP650-4 Roadster Expected to sport the same 650bhp engine as the Reventon, this LP650-4 looks like it’s going to be one of the quickest open-topped cars there is, with a 0-60 time just over 3 seconds. Just like the Reventon, the LP650-4 looks likely to come in just one colour choice, in this case a matt grey (Grigio Telesta) with orange accents, and dark painted alloys. With the expected launch of the LP670-4 SV happening at Geneva in a couple of weeks, it is unlikely that Lamborghini will show this car, more likely saving it for later in the year for maximum impact.
