This is a Trans Am with GTA options but I do not believe its a GTA. Ebay puts the GTA heading onto the listing.

The car is in 100% running condition and registered and insured in my name as a classic car. It can be test driven and although it may need some minor work or maintenance it can be driven home by the new owner.

This is an 88 Pontiac Trans Am. The body is in decent shape and has little to no rust there are some dings here and there but nothing major. The paint is old and starting to fade in spots will need a touchup or repaint. Looks good from 10 feet away. The urethan bumpers and spoiler are in good shape but show some spider cracks. This is common on these cars. The T-Tops are in good shape and do not leak. Original bag is in the trunk.

The rims are the honey cone ones and are in good shape. I have the center caps.

The interior is black and is pretty clean. The seats are not all shredded up and are still functioning. CD player installed with kicker box and amp in trunk. The steering wheel is an aftermarket and the tilt column was broken and fixed by locking it in position so it no longer tilts.

The Motor is a 305 tpi and runs strong. It was rebuilt by the last owner at 120,000 miles and there is now 200,000 so about 80,000 on the motor. The transmission was just rebuilt 1,000 miles ago. County line trans in Amityville Ny built it with hardened gears upgraded sincros and new performance clutch and throwout bearing. I paid over $1,200 for the job. The motor and trans run great and sound great due to flowmaster exhaust. The rear is a 3.08 posi. The suspension is tight ands feels good going down the road.

The heat works great but the AC will need to be charged. All electronics work as they should. The headlight motors were slow so I keep the lights up.

If you have any ???s or want to see the car in person call me at 631-335-3232

My Reserve is set at $1800

Known Issues
Window motors work but are slow
Tires need to be replaced
Drivers side valve cover has a small leak
AC needs to be charged
Headlight motors slow

2015 Ford Mustang interior grows up

Thu, 05 Dec 2013

The 2015 Ford Mustang has officially arrived, and much to-do has been made about its new styling. “The taillights are a throwback,” “The taillights suck,” “It looks like a BMW 4-series in the front,” “It looks like an Accord in the rear.” We've heard it all. But not much has been said about the inside of Ford's newest pony car, which appears to be an upgrade in nearly all respects.
