Here we have a really nice barn find 1988 yz490 I got it of a friend of mine that had just lost his job and needed the money to take care of his daughter. His father bought the bike new in 1989 and didn't ride it much. it had the factory tires with was so dry rotted you could jus break the knobs off with your fingers. So anyways I purchased the bike and went all trough the top end with new wiseco piston and rings and rebuilt the carb and put a brand new fmf pipe and silencer two new tires. I Really don't wanna part with the bike but im in the same position as my friend that I bought it off of. So heres your chance to own a basically a brand new yz 490. bike needs nothing but a good home.

BMW makes 1,000 workers permanent
Fri, 13 Dec 2013AROUND 1,000 agency workers at car giant BMW are to be made permanent employees, guaranteeing job security for years. The change, being made in two phases, was warmly welcomed by the Unite union, describing it as a great Christmas present. The announcement covers workers across a number of BMW sites including the Mini plant in Oxford, pressings plant in Swindon and Hams Hall engine site near Birmingham.
