We currently have a 1989 8 HP JOHNSON for sale. It is a 2-stroke long shaft. This motor runs good and is ready to go. This is a tiller steer. It has some nicks & scratches and it still looks good for its age. We had our mechanic run it in our test tank to make sure that it runs, shifts, & pumps water like it should. It only weighs 58 lbs so it is real easy to put on and off from your boat. This motor does not have electric start. We have a couple different options for shipping this motor. Nissan to issue recall for faulty part in tire-pressure monitoring system
Mon, 12 Oct 2009Nissan Motor Co. plans to recall as many as 143,000 cars to replace a tire-pressure monitoring system nut that may corrode and crack in areas with heavy concentrations of road salt, the government said today. The cracking of the nut in the monitoring system could cause it to fall out of the sensor-transmitter that it secures, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said in a report on its Web site.
