Volvo poised for V8 Supercars entry Down Under in 2014

Volvo has confirmed that it has entered a factory team into the V8 Supercars for 2014. Volvo Polestar Racing will enter one of the world’s biggest touring car categories with a pair of V8-powered S60s, joining Nissan, Mercedes, Holden and Ford (which is rumoured as potentially departing the series). Maserati GranCabrio is set for a Frankfurt debut, will go on sale this year

Maserati will debut the GranCabrio, its first four-seat convertible, at the Frankfurt motor show. The GranCabrio is a soft-top variant of the four-seat GranTurismo. It has a roof that opens or closes in 28 seconds and will go on sale by the end of this year.

Maserati Kubang

Maserati today unveiled its new Kubang sport luxury SUV, the Italian brands's first foray into the segment. The Kubang, making its debut at the Frankfurt motor show, is said to be the forerunner of the future Maserati range. Previously revealed in concept form at the 2003 Detroit motor show, Maserati claims the production version of the Kubang maintains the main features of its concept precursor, such as the style, engine, suspensions, brakes, handling and performance. The manufacturer has for years been producing sedans, coupes and two or four-seater convertibles, but the Kubang is the first of its kind to be created by Maserati.
