This auction is for a Passenger Side (Front) Electric Window Assembly removed from a 1989 Chevy Z24 Cavalier Convertible. The unit is in good condition and was removed from a car that was totaled for minor front end damage. It was tested in and out of the car and works perfectly. The old grease has been cleaned from the unit so you should re-greased before installation. I am told that this will fit 1983 through 1990 but you will have to check on that. SEMA 2008 show report: Volkswagen Passat CC
Fri, 07 Nov 2008By Ben Whitworth Motor Shows 07 November 2008 09:00 Volkswagen’s sobriety took a back seat at the SEMA show in Las Vegas this week – it pulled the covers off a pair of muscle-bound Passat CCs, a racy 295bhp Tiguan and a grunty diesel Jetta aimed at cajoling the American market into turning its back on gasoline. The unambiguously named Performance CC – designed by Volkswagen’s California-based design centre – gets a shot in the arm from a three-stage turbo boost to its 2.0-litre TSI engine. In Eco mode you get a modest 222bhp and 236 lb ft of torque, GT mode hikes those outputs to 252bhp and 268 lbs ft, while the Full Power stage unleashes 311bhp and 313 lb ft.

Tue, 02 Jun 2009The new Peugeot 5008 MPV / People Carrier - to debut at Frankfurt Peugeot has released details of their new MPV – the Peugeout 5008 – ahead of the official unveil at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. And yes, it does have a look of the TVG on the snout, and promises to be able to carry almost as much luggage as the nippy French train. A massive 2500 litres of space with all the back seats down, and a still capacious 823 litres in 5 seat mode.
BMW, Mercedes consider return to 4-bangers in U.S. market

BMW stopped offering four-cylinders in 1999 when its 318ti hatchback flopped. Mercedes-Benz had four-cylinder engines on the 2005 C230 and SLK230 but dropped them in favor of six-cylinder models.
