The Infiniti EX37 GT now available to order in the UK DEUS EX MACHINA Infiniti, the luxury automotive brand from Japan, confirms pricing and specification of its second car for the UK: the V6 powered, all-wheel drive EX.  Smaller than the FX, it’s the first crossover to blend the style and performance of a sports coupé with the character of a compact SUV.  The EX is now available for British customers as part of Infiniti’s range of performance cars coming to the UK. Jaguar to reveal first Jaguar Special Operations car at Goodwood Festival of Speed

A new Jaguar Special Operation car is heading for Goodwood (Jaguar Project 7 pictured) It’s not just the new high performance Range Rover Sport from JLR’s Special Operations division that’s arriving at the Goodwood Festival of Speed next week, we’re also getting a new Special Operations car from Jaguar. It’s exactly a year since the Jaguar Project 7 F-Type (pictured above) was revealed at Goodwood as a precursor to the sort of cars JLR has in mind for its new Special Operation division, and now we’re getting the first fruits of the new division for Jaguar at Goodwood this year, although Jaguar aren’t yet letting on what it will be. Could it be a short-run, high-price production version of the Project 7 car, or will it be something else?

New Ford Edge SUV revealed – and it’s heading for the UK

The new Ford Edge (above) will arrive in the UK in 2015 The new Ford Edge – new to the UK, but already in Ford’s model range in the US – has been revealed as Ford’s big hope to cash in on the still growing obsession with SUVs of all shapes and sizes in the UK. A big brother to the new Fiesta-based EcoSport and the longstanding Ford Kuga, the new Ford Edge rides on underpinnings that started out as the new Mondeo (well, new to the UK when it finally arrives in the Autumn) and owes its looks, more or less, to the Ford Edge Concept we saw at the LA Auto Show last year. Just like the Edge Concept, the new Ford edge comes with a big statement grill and big alloys, LED lights all round and a choice of three trim levels - Trend, Sport and Titanium – with more than a fighting chance that Ford will add a Vignale version too.
