Ford has earmarked China as a key market for the Fiesta saloon – given China’s penchant for three-box bodystyles.  In fact, Ford is so serious about making the Fiesta a success in China that it will be built at a brand new factory in Nanjing. Fiat challenges RCA students to design the 500 or Panda of 2020

Fiat is challenging Vehicle Design students at London's Royal College of Art to explore how the Fiat 500 and the Panda might look in 2020 in a new contest called ‘Two of a Kind'. 14 teams of four students from across all design disciplines are asked to design innovative exterior and interior proposals taking interactivity, digital interface, sustainability and global appeal in account, using the Fiat design language as a starting point. The Master's students will be supported by six lectures at the RCA from some of the carmaker's top designers, such as head of design (Europe, Middle East and Asia regions) Roberto Giolito and head of global design Lorenzo Ramaciotti.

The BMW 1 Series M Coupe revealed The whole argument about whether BMW would use the iconic ‘M1′ moniker on a lowly 1-Series car was finally settled (not that we ever had any doubts) back in July when BMW officially confirmed that the 1-Series M car would be known as the BMW 1 Series M Coupe. And it was happening. The official announcement saw BMW reveal an official video of the 1 Series M Coupe out on the track sporting the ubiquitous black and white swirls of camouflage so beloved of car makers with a new model to tease.
