-         - We typically ship within 1 business day.  Most orders received Weekdays before about 2PM EST, get shipped same day!!

-         -   We primarily use either FedEx or USPS. (UPS shipping is also available – additional fee may apply for UPS-please contact us about UPS shipping.)

-        -   In general:

o   Items 13 oz. or less are shipped via USPS first class mail, tracking information will be provided to you.

o   Items weighing between 14 oz. and 4 lbs. will be shipped via USPS Priority mail.  Most items shipped via USPS Priority mail (within USA) are usually delivered within 2-3 days from when they have been shipped.

o   Items weighing more than 4 pounds (i.e. distributors) are shipped via FedEx. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address.   If a physical street address is not available, we can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS-Additional fees may apply.  Contact us for shipping quote to ship to  a PO Box and APO/FPO prior to ordering.  Help us ship your order promptly by including your physical address at checkout.  

-    -   We ship within the USA (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska) as well to most countries worldwide.  For international shipments, please see the section below labeled “International  Buyers”. 

o   For Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska, additional shipping fees that are not included in the automated EBay calculated shipping costs, may apply.  Typically items weighing more than 4 pounds will have additional shipping charges for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. These fees will be stated either in the checkout instructions or in large bold print in the item description.  If you have any questions about shipping charges, please contact us before purchasing.

-       -   Local pick up is available with appointment only. 

o   Please purchase the item on EBay and request updated invoice without shipping.

Below is a map representing the FedEx estimated delivery time for your item(s) once it has been shipped from our location (this is for large items weighing 4 lbs. or more – smaller items ship USPS):

 

-      - FedEx Home Delivery delivers Tuesday - Saturday. If a package leaves here on a Thursday, and you are in a 2 day delivery zone, your package will deliver to you on Saturday. If you are in  a 3-Day zone, and your package        leaves on a Thursday, you will receive it Tuesday.

-    - Packages will NOT require a signature unless requested (additional fee may apply).

-       - Please check tracking number for shipment status and updates.  We are not responsible for shipping company delays out of our control such as adverse weather conditions or seasonal delays.

-     - We will do everything in our control to get your package to you right and fast, but in the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping we ask you to patiently work with us and the shipping  company to resolve the issue.

-         - Once shipment is sent, you will be notified by email with tracking number by USPS/FedEx/UPS.  In additional the tracking number will be uploaded to your purchase history on EBay.

-      - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs  will be prior to bidding/buying.

-         - These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up (Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges).

-         - We cannot mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

-         - We are not responsible for the time your county's customs office holds the items.

-         - For any international sale, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including return shipping.

-         - Combined shipping costs are available upon request – please send a message to me via eBay before purchasing.

-      - Typically international shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail International.  Delivery times are varied and can be delayed by customs, which is out of our control.  Expedited shipments are available thru FedEx at an  additional charge.  Please contact us for a quote for FedEx international delivery.

-       - Please see the return policy near the top of each eBay listing for details on the length of the return period.

-         - Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs to the seller.  Refund is for the item price.

-         - A RETURN AUTHORIZATION is required prior to sending back any items. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Form.  Items without Return Authorization Form will not be accepted and returned at your expense.

-        - Limited Warranty does NOT cover:

o   Any product which has been altered in any way, improperly installed, or not used for its’ intended purpose.

o   Any costs associated with the repair or replacement of the product including labor, installation or other costs incurred by the Purchaser, and in particular, any costs relating to the removal or replacement of any product that is affixed to another devise.

o   Any damage to the product due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, abnormal electrical, mechanical or environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation or improper testing. 

-         - Our obligation under this warrant is limited to a replacement of the defective product.

-         - Purchaser shall be responsible for shipping costs of the Returned Product. 

-         - New Jersey Residents are subject to Sales Tax.

-         - eBay automatically calculates this amount and adds it to the order.

-         - Our customer support is generally available from 8am – 10pm (Eastern Standard Time/NY Time).

-         - Emails are normally answered within 24 hours, often within minutes.
