The item offered in this auction is a used condition left headlight door or bezel removed from a 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis four door. This bezel came from a non-wrecked car and it is in straight, undamaged condition.The chrome is still shiny and nice in appearance. there are some scuffs and wear near the left-top corner. This is a chromed, plastic bezel. The part number is E8MB-13064-LH. . This part has a 1988 part number, so I assume that this bezel was used from 1988 through 1990.

Volkswagen to launch new large SUV in USA

Thu, 10 Dec 2009The 2010 Aston Martin V8 Vantage The last round of changes to the Aston Martin V8 Vantage turned it in to what it should have been in the first place – a properly powerful ‘baby’ Aston Martin. So having put things right in a big way last year, Aston Martin are not trumpeting the changes to the V8 Vantage for 2010 from the rooftops, but changes there are. The visual changes include a set of 19″, 10-spoke diamond turned alloys, kevlar and carbon fibre seats, clear tail lights (just like those on the V12 Vantage), a new set of side sills which seem to have been borrowed from the N400, and a Magnun Silver Bonnet and side strakes.
‘Crash avoidance’ systems rated for safety
Thu, 10 Oct 2013The European car safety body Euro NCAP has confirmed it is currently testing a number of cars fitted with crash avoidance technology in an effort to judge the systems’ effectiveness. This news coincides with an announcement from the American Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), which has published the first results of its own version of the scheme. Euro NCAP and IIHS are cooperating to establish a standardised test formula.
