The item offered in this auction is a used condition set of exterior chrome emblems removed from a 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis four door. Included in this auction are:

2 - C-pillar roof emblems. These emblems are metal. Each has three alignment pegs and all pegs are intact. The chrome is still nice and shiny on these 2.

1 - Grand Marquis trunk lid emblem. This is a plastic, glue-on emblem which had 2 alignment pegs. One peg is now missing. The back side still has some adhesive residue on it. Normal slight wear or aging.

1 - GS trunk lid emblem. This is a plastic, glue-on emblem and some residue remains on the back side. The chrome is still shiny.

1 - Mercury trunk lid emblem. This is a plastic, glue-on emblem with two alignment pegs intact. Avergae wear or fading.

The camera flash makes these emblems appear darker than they are in person.

LA Motor Show: New Subaru WRX gets downsized engine

SUBARU has revealed a production-ready version of the WRX concept first seen earlier this year. The latest edition of the performance saloon may not be coming to the UK at all, but Subaru has finally given the 268bhp machine the go-ahead for Japan and North America. A new 2.0-litre ‘boxer’ engine carries on the brand’s tradition, bringing with it the same low centre of gravity as the old 2.5-litre unit but with greater environmental credentials.

Lincoln hires ex-Cadillac designer

Lincoln has hired ex-Cadillac designer Max Wolff to be its design director starting on Jan. 3. Wolff, 38, will oversee the look of Ford's luxury brand as it plans to launch seven new vehicles over the next four years, including its first C-segment small car.
