You won’t be shocked to learn the ‘Blue’ bit relates to the paint job on this VXR, which comes in fetching Arden Blue Metallic paint and is garnished with a set of 18″ alloys, tinted glass, Recaros and bespoke interior air vents (no, we have no idea either). Car collector, lawyer O'Quinn dies in car crash
Thu, 29 Oct 2009Noted Texas attorney John O'Quinn, a car collector who at one time owned more than 600 vehicles, died after the SUV he was driving in Houston ran off the road and crashed into a tree. O'Quinn was 68. Police are continuing to investigate the crash, which happened Thursday morning on wet roads.

The 5-door MINI gets an extra 72mm in the wheelbase and a pair of doors at the back – which do look very tight for full-size people to use – and there’s also an extra 15mm of headroom, a bigger boot and seating for three in the back. In terms of design, there’s little to choose between the 5-door and the 3-door, but the new 5-door does look a bit like the off-spring of the new MINI and the Countryman; just a little dumpy.
