Rare: Original owner's manuals set for 1990 Porsche 911 (964 chassis) Carrera 2 + Carrera 4: Coupe, Targa & Cabriolet models. 

List of contents:

1- Genuine Porsche embossed black (soft real leather) manuals pouch (storage case) --- this is the genuine item and NOT a cheap reproduction or knock-off imitation - this is the period correct type of leather pouch which came with the early 1990's 964 models - looks to be in great condition but being used leather some blemish, minor scratch and scuff marks do exist - one crease line is noted on the front cover - please see photos!

2- Porsche 911 Carrera 2 / Carrera 4 Owner's Manual (WKD 964 021 90   7,9 M   6/89) 123 pages of reading material and information --- very good condition - all pages are clean and intact - the original spiral ring spine is also unbroken and in good condition - small scuff marks are noted on the front and the back covers - there is also a scratch visible on the back cover!

3- Warranty & Maintenance booklet (WKD 900 023 90   7 M  6/89) 50 pages --- no prior owner information has been recorded - 1st in service date stamped in July 1990 by Porsche dealer in FL, USA- the original vehicle's information sticker has been removed - six total service stamps have been entered, last service performed in October 1997 @ 33,200 miles - all 4 transfer of ownership vouchers are present - please note some of the spiral links on the bottom left corner are missing!

4- Porsche Roadside Assistance booklet: 1990 models --- some ripples and wrinkles are noted!

5- Porsche Dealer Directory: USA and Canada (printed 7/1989 in USA) --- includes photographs of nearly 50 exhibits of featured cars from Porsche Museum - damage is noted on the back of this directory on the bottom right corner - this item alone has become a collector's edition item in the Porsche literature swap-meets!

Overall this manual set is in GREAT condition!

When the Chevy Camaro Z/28 was unveiled last spring at the New York auto show, we were told how Chevy took stuff out to lighten the car. Trunk carpet and interior sound-deadening material are jettisoned, the sound system has but one speaker, the rear glass is thinner and so on. Despite the decontenting, it turns out the Z/28 is no stripper, at least in terms of aero technology: Chevrolet says the 2014 Camaro Z/28 manages airflow “like few other production vehicles, generating downforce like a race car.” Delving into the hyperbole reveals numerous exterior modifications designed to improve not just aerodynamics, but powertrain and brake-system cooling, as well.
