And so it seems – even though almost a year has passed – with the reveal today by Peugeot of what will be the world’s first diesel hybrid when the 3008 HYbrid4 starts to hit the road in 2011. Ford Focus given street art makeover

A Ford Focus was transformed into a work of art yesterday by six street artists in Glasgow city center as part of the Ford UK Centenary Tour. Outside the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, the six artists worked out of a public studio to use their talents to liven up the bodywork of a new Focus. The artists – Lyken, FiST, Syrkus, Rue 5, Death Rattles and Al White – are all from Glasgow's Independent Recoat Gallery, and spent six hours on their colorful designs.

Honda Insight hybrid sticker price to start at $20,470

Honda has delivered on its promise of bringing the 2010 Insight to market priced less than the rival Toyota Prius. The new Honda hybrid will start at just $20,470 in base LX form, including shipping charges, which undercuts the Prius by $2,250. Insight LX models come standard with front-side and side-curtain airbags, ABS, automatic climate control and power windows.
