This listing is for a new 2" front lift kit for your 1981-1996 Ford Explorer 4WD. This kit is CNC machined out of billet aluminum and is far superior to polyurethane kits. Poly kits will deteriorate and callapse over time as they come in contact with the elements. This billet kit will not.

By Tom Clarkson Motoring Issues 03 July 2014 11:00 1948 Silverstone’s transformation from a World War II bomber station into a race circuit began in August 1948, when the Royal Automobile Club took out a one-year lease on RAF Silverstone. Under the stewardship of local farmer James Wilson Brown, the RAC International Grand Prix was staged on 2 October, using similar regulations to those that shaped pre-war grand prix racing. The track layout comprised the airbase’s perimeter roads, with straw bales and ropes protecting the piggery and the crops in the middle of the circuit.

Next BMW X1 loses inline-six, gets smaller and lighter

The second-generation BMW X1, expected here in early 2016, is smaller and lighter than the existing first-generation model. The new X1 loses optional six-cylinder power; a new high-output four-cylinder replaces it. A high-ranking BMW manager confirmed the new X1 abandons today's longitudinal engine layout for a version of the new transverse-engine platform the 2-series Active Tourer uses.

An intriguing teaser sketch for Eterniti Motors, a new London-based luxury car brand, has been revealed this morning. The company's website features a teaser video and an early sketch of its first vehicle, the Hemera. It will be further developed, with more evolved versions of the sketch released every week leading up to its Frankfurt debut. Judging from the sketch, the full production-ready vehicle set to make its debut in Frankfurt will be a high-level SUV crossover.
