Once a shipping label has been printed, item is marked as 'shipped'. All purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of printing, excluding weekends. Our official ebay listed handling time is 3 business days. Please allow us this time before inquiries. Please notify us promptly of any special shipping requests. Any changes or special shipping preferences will result in an updated invoice. 

RETURNS:    Typically, we do not accept returns, but value customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your transaction in any way, please contact us immediately for resolution. Returns are NOT accepted for manuals or items with no moving parts. Fitment and/or purchase of the incorrect item for your needs are not cause for valid returns.

PAYMENTS:  PayPal Preferred. Payment is expected & appreciated within 2 business days of listing end time. For purchases that require an updated invoice, payment will be expected within 2 business days of receipt. For issues with payment expectations, please let us know as soon as possible.
