This is a 1991 130hp top cowling assembly. It is from a counter rotating outboard motor. It has some paint wear as seen in the pictures, but there are no cracks or chips. This is a solid cover and will fit a normal rotating motor of the same make and year. I am willing to ship at buyers expense.
