Following the Aveo RS concept’s appearance at Detroit eight months earlier, Chevrolet has revealed the new Aveo at the 2010 Paris motor show. It’s a homegrown model this time, too, replacing the rebodied Daewoo original of 2008. The supermini takes on the aggressive family face deployed so strikingly on Chevy’s tiny Spark and compact Cruze, and there are shake-ups in the engine and transmission departments, too.

Jaguar F-Type – new video ahead of debut

We have new video of the Jaguar F-Type ahead of its reveal in a week’s time at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Jaguar then did pragmatic thing and released that rogue image of three F-Types officially (rather than twisting arms to take it down as sister company Land Rover did with the first photo of the 2013 Range Rover) so we could see the F-Type in decent detail. College Exhibition: Pforzheim University Summer Show 2009

Germany's Pforzheim University recently held its summer degree show at the city's Congress Center for students in the school's Transportation Design program. The exhibition included work from nine graduating Masters' students and 13 Diploma students, as well as a Mercedes-Benz-sponsored project by MA students, a Renault-sponsored project by undergraduates in their 4th and 6th semesters and three Volkswagen-sponsored projects. Projects from the graduating MA students included: Porsche P'5200 Stephan Everwin Named after Porsche's product matrix - 5000 being the category for sport and 200 representing water - the Porsche Design sailing yacht considers the holistic sailing experience rather than just the product itself, "It's not about speed, but the experience," Everwin told CDN.
