This armrest will fit all 1992-1996 Honda Preludes with all large rear storage compartments that split the rear seats. Includes 4 brackets for installation. The armrest itself can go up and down after installed. The padding is still very firm small cack on teh rear plastic portion near the back of the armrest (as pictured) and also small tear on the top portion (as pictured) hardly can notice both especially when installed.  Comes with the mounting bolts bracket and pocket. Buick dealers still salivating over the Riviera concept that General Motors unveiled at last month's Shanghai auto show should take a deep breath: There's little chance that the flashy coupe will ever grace a Buick showroom. But they should view the Riviera -- which GM says points to the brand's design direction -- as a signal that GM is serious about adding pizazz to the Buick lineup now that the 110-year-old brand, which barely survived GM's bankruptcy four years ago, is getting comfortable in its born-again skin. "We've very carefully built Buick back to a brand that has respect," GM North America President Mark Reuss told Automotive News.

Ford Motor Co. executives confirmed that Mercury will get a new car on the same platform as the Ford Focus. Ford executives told dealers Sunday at the National Automobile Dealers Association convention in Orlando, Fla., that the small Mercury is coming in 2011, the same year the Focus arrives.
