The Fiat 500 Cabrio hits the US for Spring Actually, we’re not completely convinced that the Fiat 500 cabrio (that’s Fiat 500 Convertible for those of us on the old continent who prefer real words)  has hit the US. Because although Fiat has told us the 500 Cabrio hits the US ‘Just in time for spring’, it doesn’t say when US customers will start to get cars. Which may be a bit nit-picking, but there doesn’t seem much point saying it’s hitting in time for Spring when Spring’s a third done and there’s still no date.

The McLaren P11 has been pounding round the Nurburgring ahead of a launch on 9th September Ahead of the launch of the P11, McLaren are pushing on with testing the P11, and our picture here is of the P11 pounding round the Nurburgring in final testing. The McLaren P11 is the first stage of McLaren’s plans to launch a range of three new cars in the next few years. The P11 is aimed directly at the new Ferrari 458 Italia and the Lamborghini LP560-4.

Council’s Flood Excuses Don’t Hold Water - Poll

MEDIA interest might have died down but thousands are still dealing with the devastation caused by the recent flooding. Along with homeowners, motorists also battled rising water levels and deteriorating road conditions. However, according to a new survey of its members, the AA has said that as many as 68 percent of those polled said the extreme weather had contributed to poor road conditions but 67 percent blamed councils for not maintaining drains well enough.
