This is a new old stock 1992 Ford Truck Flexplate and torque converter cover, or it may be a flywheel cover,I'm not for sure which one, so check the part number F2ta-6a373-ba and be sure this will work for you, the foam gasket on the top needs some high tac to glue about a 1" piece back in p lace where its moving around where the glue came loose but foams in good shape, the corner on the left the foam looks like it nicked the foam probably putting it in the box, but this is a very nice piece

German enthusiasts name TechArt GrandGT the 'Sports Car of the Year'

The GrandGT, from TechArt Automobilidesign GmbH, is based on the Porsche Panamera Turbo and packs 630 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. The additional power comes from upgraded turbochargers, sport air filters and a tuned engine-management system.
