This is a large center console out of a 1992 Mustang. This is in good usable condition, looks nice. The main large console piece is factory black, has not been repainted.Console tray is black but appears to have been repainted, needs lid & ash tray, all mounting points intact. Has a crack on top ledge above climate control, will need to be glued-see last pics. Everything pictured is included. Fits all 87-93 Mustangs. OEM for 90-93 Mustangs with Black interior. Flavio Briatore legal challenge to FIA ban
Sun, 18 Oct 2009Flavio Briatore is launching legal action to get his lifetime ban overturned Flavio Briatore will start legal proceedings in the Paris Tribunal de Grande tomorrow in an attempt to overturn the lifetime ban he received from the FIA for his part in the ‘Singapore-Gate’ race fixing episode, which saw Nelson Piquet Jnr intentionally crashing his car to allow team mate Fernando Alonso to take victory in the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix. Briatore is claiming the life time ban from involvement in any FIA sanctioned Motor Sport – including driver management – is a legal absurdity. And he probably has a point.
Aston Martin and AMG confirm partnership on new V8 engine
Thu, 19 Dec 2013Aston Martin and AMG working on new V8 engines The collaboration deal between Aston Martin and AMG has moved to another level with the announcement that the two companies are working on a new V8 engine for Aston Martin. Aston Martin and AMG signed a letter of intent in July to kick off their technical partnership, and the news the companies are working together on a new V8 engine – which will probably first be seen in a new V8 Vantage – is the first fruits of the deal. A statement from AML and AMG said they are planning to expand their agreement to work on sharing electronic components and will “investigate additional areas of operation”.
