This is an excellent close to brand new set of (4) OEM, 1993 to 1996, Cadillac Brougham Center Caps designated for the Chrome Alloy Wheels. GM Part # 10172911 . As you can see none of the clips are broken, they are very clean, and these caps are chrome instead of the brushed aluminum finished ones therefor used on the optional chrome wheel, and excellent shine. The only flaw I see is on the upper left one just below the crest is a small crack. Overall the finish is beautiful on all of these and hard to find nowadays in this condition.

Toyoto Aygo goes Black and Blue

Mon, 02 Feb 2009

The Aygo was launched back in 2005, as a sub-Yaris city car, and has carved a justifiably successful niche for itself across Europe, selling more than 100,000 in the process. As with all Toyotas it’s well built, and is actually a pretty nimble car with fun driving dynamics. Toyota Aygo updated for 2009 with new additions - The Toyota Aygo Black and The Toyota Aygo Blue The 2009 Aygo gets a few tweaks to improve fuel economy and emissions (now 106g/km) and a few body tweaks, including a re-sculpted nose.

Ford once planned to race fiberglass-bodied Mustang touring cars

Mon, 31 Mar 2014

Tucked away on page nine of the May 9, 1964 issue of Competition Press and Autoweek is an intriguing little story: “FIA Rejects Ford Bid for Homolgation [sic].” At the time, the Mustang had just made its world debut, but Ford was already scheming to fold the car into its “Total Performance” campaign. The automaker apparently proposed to do so with a fleet of crazy fiberglass-bodied touring cars. According to Competition Press, Ford tried to get the new Mustang classified as a touring car for international racing.
