MANUAL

Good morning, today we have a 1993 - CHEVROLET - "G" Series Van -  SPORTVAN / CHEVY VAN / CUT AWAY / CUBE VAN - ORIGINAL FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL up for auction.

The book is in a great used condition. The manual comes from a former GM dealership, and as such has been used by the mechanics in the dealership. It may have some dust and stains, and greasy finger prints on some pages

The book set is large, and is approx 1 3/4 inches thick. It contains all the information that a mechanic needs for the repair of these type of vehicles.

It cover the following chapters:

GENERAL INFORMATION
LUBRICATION
HEATING & VENTILATION
BUMPER
SHEET METAL
FRONT ALIGNMENT
STEERING
FRONT SUSPENSION
WHEELS & TIRES
PROPELLER SHAFT & U JOINTS
REAR AXLE
BRAKES
ENGINE MECHANICAL
ENGINE COOLING
AIR CONDITIONING
ENGINE EMISSION CONTROLS
ENGINE EXHAUST
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
MANUAL TRANSMISSION
CLUTCH
CHASSIS ELECTRICAL
ACCESSORIES
Special Tools,

Even though this book is for a 1993 I am sure most information can be used for other year models as well, as there was not many changes between the years.

These books are invaluable if you are able to do your own repair work. A similar manual on a car I owned saved me over $800.00 on a repair that I could do myself, as opposed to having a dealer do the service work.

The book should pay for itself after only one use.

This book is a MUST HAVE if you are still driving one of these older model vehicles.

Unfortunately we are located in Canada, and delivery may take longer than if it was mailed from a US address - Delivery is usually 7 to 10 business days.

We have several similar manuals on auction this week and will gladly combine items for the lowest shipping cost.

Shipping & Payment

Shipping for this item is only $12.95 (USPS FLAT RATE BOX) for all areas of North America, except CANADA which is $18.80, with very secure packaging. This is the actual cost of postage from Canada to the USA since Canada Post raised their rates on Jan. 12

For payment we accept PAYPAL, .

THANK YOU FOR LOOKING

and

GOOD LUCK BIDDING

Volkswagen XL1

Fri, 22 Feb 2013

This, remarkably, is the production version of the Volkswagen XL1, the most fuel-efficient production car in the world, a car we'll see in Geneva in a little over a week. Barely changed from the concept version shown at the Qatar motor show two years ago, the production XL1 is the first production result of VW's 1-liter project – to design a car that uses less than 1l/100km (282.5mpg imperial) – that started with the lozenge-shaped, tandem-seat 2003 1L and the later L1 of 2009. The XL1 actually beats that by sipping just 0.9 liters with CO2 emissions of 21g/km.

Christian von Koenigsegg talks Saab

Mon, 24 Aug 2009

Christian von Koenigsegg talks about the future of Saab in the video below But Christian is not a man who courts personal publicity. So it’s a sign of how important the Koenigsegg-Saab deal is to him – and The Koenigsegg Group – that he’s come out of the woodwork to talk about the Saab deal. We first reported that Koenigsegg were to buy Saab back in May when we heard the first rumblings that Saab had a Swedish suitor.

Nurburgring sold to German parts maker Capricorn Group for £83.5 million

Thu, 13 Mar 2014

The Nurburgring has been saved from bankruptcy The Nurburgring complex in Germany – home to many a car makers test centre and beloved of wannabe racers – has been saved from bankruptcy with an £83.5 million deal. German parts maker Capricorn Group have stumped up over £83.5 million to buy the Nurburgring complex which includes the famous 13 mile North Loop Track as well as the Grand Prix Circuit and have committed to spending and additional £21 million to further develop and improve the site. The Nurburgring track fell in to bankruptcy back in 2012, and it looked for a while as if the whole thing could be closed down, but bids from Capricorn Group and one other have saved the day, with Capricorn winning out with the bigger bid.
