Up for auction is a one piece driveshaft removed from a 1993 Lincoln Mark VIII. It does not include the trans yoke. This is the only year that came with a one piece driveshaft. The above photo represents what they are so you may of may not get the one pictured. This one piece driveshaft is sought after because the two piece driveshaft after time the rubber inside the driveshaft that joins the two pieces starts to degrade and cause a vibration. It only gets worse.

Using the same 'kinetic design' theme as the Iosis concept from last year, the Iosis X puts a coupe-like window graphic and roofline upon thick sills, similar in this respect to the Opel Antara concept. But while Opel will have their model on the road imminently, those wanting the Ford equivalent will have to wait until early 2008 for the forms to be toned down and put in showrooms.

Holden will sell cars in Australia beyond 2017

The General Motors subsidiary was cagey when it came to details, claiming that the brand would remain a presence in Australia -- even maintaining its design office there. Oddly, we couldn't get anyone to say, in black-and-white terms, what vehicles would be sold there under the Holden name after its plants close.
